Adoption CONSULTANT & Executive Partner

Amy became passionate about promoting domestic infant adoption after her daughter’s adoption. Several families asked her to navigate them through the adoption process, and the joy she felt from helping these families bring their babies home inspired her to continue guiding others through the complicated and emotional process that is adoption and to begin Hello Baby.

She has since helped countless families successfully bring home their babies, and she believes in helping families wholeheartedly, offering an individual approach to each family as no two journeys are the same.

Amy holds a B.A. in early childhood education from Boston College, and spent many years as a teacher, a program director, and an educational consultant for several early childhood centers.

In addition to her work with Hello Baby, she is the founding Adoption Coach for the Maven Clinic and sits on the professional council for Helpusadopt.org, a national grant program.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Derek, her four children Aidan, Grayson, Quinn and Mary Claire, and their dogs Rosie and Sadie Mae.

Caitlin Phillips

Adoption CONSULTANT & Executive Partner

Caitlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been deeply engaged with adoptive parents, birth parents, and adoption agencies for many years. She knows this system inside and out, and her job is to put that knowledge to work for you.

As a professional, she has worn many hats, but most notably, before coming to Hello Baby, she created and built an adoption agency from the ground up which she developed into one of the largest adoption agencies in her state. That endeavor was quite a challenge and gratifying but working directly with adoptive families is where her passion lies.

Caitlin has weathered the heartache of delivering and losing twin baby boys who were born prematurely and she understands how difficult and complex creating a family can be. What brings her the most joy is working side-by-side with families to make their adoption journey a loving, positive experience.

When she is not helping families, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jason, their daughter Taylor and goofy Pug, Mustard.

The Hello Baby Story

Our paths first crossed many years ago during Amy’s adoption journey. Amy was a hopeful adoptive parent and Caitlin was working on the agency side guiding families through the adoption process. With our two unique perspectives and sets of experiences, our instant connection grew over time to include conversations about how we might partner to provide adoptive families with especially helpful advice and support.  And the result, after a good deal of work, thought, and preparation, was Hello Baby.

Jennifer O'Leary

adoption consultant

Jennifer is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker as well as a Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator in the State of Texas. She has over 18 years of adoption-related experience. Jennifer has worked in all fields of adoption including domestic infant, international, and foster-to-adopt and has experience working with both birth parents and adoptive families. Her passion lies in providing support and guidance to families during their adoption journey and she loves seeing families come to fruition through the process of adoption.

Jennifer met her husband when she was 13-years-old and they have been married for over 20 years. They have two daughters and enjoy attending their activities and having family movie and game nights. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys home decorating, shopping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Katie Tredo

adoption consultant

Katie is an adoptive mom through domestic infant adoption. The road to her son, Luca, was certainly not easy. She and her husband experienced years of failed fertility treatments before turning to adoption, and during their adoption journey, they navigated three disrupted matches in less than a year. They were feeling discouraged and hopeless when they got the call about a baby boy already born! Despite their challenging road, Katie believes everything turned out exactly how it should and can’t  imagine life any other way.

Katie believes her journey to parenthood was her greatest teacher in learning to surrender control. After the adoption of her son, she’s become passionate about adoption and it has inspired her to help others through their journey to parenthood.

Katie loves traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband Spencer, three children Luca, Eva, and Maddie, and their rescue pup Clara.

I look forward to supporting many more families in their journey, sharing in their joy, and making new friends along the way.
